Are these the best 16" waterproof boots ever made?
We feel like they are, but obviously we are a little bias.
Are your boots insulated?
Yes!!! Even though when you pick them up you might ask yourself...where is the insulation? The answer is, within the material itself, actually. During the manufacturing process millions of little air bubbles form within the material (which is why they are so Lite), and air is your insulator.
Will my feet sweat in these?
They shouldn't sweat any more than other waterproof boots. With the boots having insulating properties they can get warm in the summer months.
How tough are the boots?
Way tougher than they feel, thats for sure! The tear strength of the material is very strong. They can hold their own right up next to any of the other boots you have used in the past.
What if I poke a hole in them?
Depending on the size of the object, once removed, the hole should close up and still continue to offer waterproof protection. That's right, these boots have "self-healing" properties if punctured with things such as thorns, etc.
I just got my boots, and they have an odor to them, will this go away?
Yes, definitely! Within a couple weeks of receiving the boots they should have time to fully cure, and you (or wildlife) should not be able to smell them.
Will these boots shrink up?
They can if they are exposed to high temperatures. Please avoid direct sunlight in the summer months, and other places like the trunk of your vehicle, or fire pit.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, if for any reason you are not happy with your boots we will do a full refund within 30 days. If it is after that 30 days we promise to "make things right", within reason, as customer service is our highest priority!
When and how will my boots be shipped?
We normally try to ship out the day you put your order in, if its after 4:00 Central time it will be the following day. We ship UPS the majority of the time, but certain instances we will use USPS.
